Scope & Applicability

This policy applies to all businesses, content creators, brand partners, and advertisers (Sponsors) running campaigns on Growzap.

Supported Channels

  • YouTube: Authentic watch-time and engagement for Shorts and long-form videos with keyword/channel verification.
  • Instagram: Reel views, post interactions, and profile visits with dwell-time validation.
  • Facebook & Social: Page visits and video engagement verified through human interaction signals.
  • Website & Blog Traffic: High-dwell-time web visits verified through session tracking.

Prohibited Content (Zero Tolerance)

  • Gambling, betting, wagering, or real-money gaming (RMG).
  • Adult, sexually explicit, or escort services.
  • Multi-level marketing (MLM), Ponzi schemes, unregistered crypto, or get-rich-quick scams.
  • Malware, phishing links, or suspicious APK downloads.
  • Hate speech, defamation, harassment, or violent content.
  • Intellectual property infringement or pirated media.

Campaign Moderation & Lifecycle

  1. 1.Pending Review: Audited against safety guidelines within 2 to 6 hours.
  2. 2.Approved / Active: Published to eligible users.
  3. 3.Paused / Completed: Target engagement reached or paused by sponsor.
  4. 4.Rejected: Violations result in rejection and uncommitted budget restoration.

Verified Pay-Per-Engagement Model

  • Sponsors are billed ONLY when a user successfully completes the task and passes the Verification Engine.
  • Bot traffic and unverified attempts are filtered out and NEVER billed.

Dynamic Pricing, Razorpay Deposits & GST Invoicing

  • Dynamic Pricing: Based on platform, task complexity, required watch-time, and targeting filters.
  • Razorpay Gateway: Budgets deposited securely via UPI, Corporate Cards, or Net Banking.
  • GST Invoices (18%): Tax invoices featuring our GSTIN are provided for claiming Input Tax Credit (ITC).

Creator Referral Rules

Referral promotions must accurately portray Growzap, with no promises of guaranteed income or gambling returns. Referral commission (baseline up to 5%, dynamic) is paid strictly on verified activity.
