Acceptance of Terms & Legal Binding
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Sponsor", "Partner", or "You") and TZAP Marketing (OPC) Private Limited ("Growzap", "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Growzap mobile applications (Android / iOS), the website at growzap.cloud, and any associated APIs, features, and services (collectively, the "Platform").
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Sponsor Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue using the Platform.
Eligibility, One Device = One Account Policy & Device Migration
- Age & Capacity: You are at least 18 years of age (or have explicit legal guardian consent if 13–17) and possess legal capacity under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
- Strict 1 Device = 1 Account Policy: You may register and operate only ONE (1) unique personal account linked to a single physical device. A physical device registered with a specific mobile number or email cannot be used to create or log into secondary accounts.
- Device Replacement & Migration: You may log in to your existing verified account on a new device. This automatically invalidates active sessions on previous devices. Simultaneous usage across multiple devices or multiple accounts on one device is prohibited.
- Accuracy: All onboarding details, including name, mobile number, email, and UPI/bank details, must be genuine and verifiable.
Nature of Platform & Non-Gambling Declaration
Growzap is a legitimate, performance-based digital engagement platform and two-sided marketplace. Sponsors and businesses purchase genuine verified engagement; users voluntarily engage with sponsored content and earn virtual platform Coins after automated verification.
MANDATORY STATUTORY DISCLAIMER: Growzap is NOT a game of chance, gambling, betting, lottery, or real-money gaming (RMG) application. Growzap is neither an employment contract nor a guaranteed income scheme. Rewards and Coins are awarded purely on verified human task execution and objective validation.
Four Separate Wallets, Dynamic Coin Valuation & Ledger System
Dynamic Coin Valuation & Pricing Authority: Platform Coins are internal accounting units with zero inherent fiat status. Conversion rates, redemption values, marketplace Coin pricing, minimum thresholds, and redemption criteria are dynamic and determined by the Company based on market conditions, campaign yields, and platform economics. Growzap may adjust them periodically at its sole discretion without prior notice.
- 1.Reward Balance (Coins): Earned strictly from verified task completions; redeemable for Marketplace items or Bank/UPI payouts.
- 2.Campaign Balance: Funds deposited by sponsors via Razorpay strictly for financing campaigns and never pooled with user earnings.
- 3.Referral Earnings: Commissions accrued through partner referrals, credited after anti-fraud hold periods.
- 4.Bonus Balance: Non-withdrawable promotional credits for onboarding or milestone bonuses.
Marketplace Delivery Logistics, Recharges & Payouts
- Marketplace Catalog: Redeem Coins for digital gift vouchers, brand partner discounts, mobile/DTH recharges, and physical merchandise.
- Marketplace Product Origin: Items may be supplied in-house by Growzap, by brand partners or sponsors, or through third-party digital aggregators.
- Physical Delivery & Third-Party Logistics: Certified third-party logistics and courier partners manage shipments. Tracking details are emailed after dispatch.
- Digital Vouchers & Mobile Recharges: Processed through authorized networks and operators, subject to prevailing tariffs and merchant terms. Redemptions are final, non-cancellable, and non-returnable once delivered.
- Direct Bank / UPI Payouts: Subject to minimum balance thresholds, KYC verification, a 24–72 hour fraud audit period, and dynamic platform/statutory deductions.
Payments via Razorpay & Balance Top-Ups
All incoming payments, campaign deposits, and balance top-ups are processed through Razorpay Software Private Limited (UPI, Cards, Net Banking) under RBI guidelines. Growzap does not store card numbers, CVVs, or netbanking passwords.
Dynamic Platform Fees, GST & Tax Deductions (TDS)
- Dynamic Platform & Facilitation Fees apply to campaign creation, distribution, and redemption processing.
- Third-party gateway and banking settlement charges (for example, 2%–3%) apply dynamically to deposits and redemptions.
- GST (18%) is charged on campaign budgets and marketing services; compliant GST invoices featuring our GSTIN are provided.
- Statutory TDS is deducted from user reward redemptions exceeding threshold limits under the Indian Income Tax Act (Sections 194R, 194BA, 194O) and remitted against the user’s PAN.
Strict Task Verification, Fraud Controls & Zero-Recovery Reset
Growzap maintains an uncompromising, multi-factor automated and human task verification architecture.
- Automated scripts, bots, click farms, macros, auto-clickers, or modified APKs are prohibited.
- Emulators, parallel spaces, app cloners, or rooted devices are prohibited.
- VPNs, proxy networks, TOR, GPS spoofers, or mock locations are prohibited.
- Fake, doctored, cropped, borrowed, or recycled screenshots/video recordings are prohibited.
- Multi-accounting on one device and self-referrals are prohibited.
- Consequences include immediate permanent account termination, irreversible forfeiture and reset of all balances to ZERO (0), hardware and identity blacklisting, and possible reporting to law enforcement and cybercrime cells.
Partner & Referral Program Rules
Users may invite friends using their referral link to earn a commission (initial baseline up to 5% of verified task earnings, dynamic and server-controlled). Growzap may adjust, tier, or restructure the percentage and criteria in accordance with product plans and platform economics.
Intellectual Property Rights
All logos, UI designs, code, and content belong exclusively to TZAP Marketing (OPC) Private Limited.
Account Suspension, Inactivity & Termination
- Inactivity: Accounts with no task engagement or login activity for more than 180 consecutive calendar days may be marked dormant, and unredeemed promotional balances may expire after prior notice.
- Voluntary Deletion: Users can delete their account anytime inside the app through Settings > Profile > Delete Account.
Limitation of Liability
Total aggregate liability of Growzap for any claim shall not exceed ₹5,000 (INR Five Thousand) or the net unredeemed legitimate balance in your wallet.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Governed by the laws of India. Exclusive jurisdiction: Competent courts in India.
